Court Filings & Court Runner in Central Pennsylvania

Keep courthouse trips from interrupting your day. Vertexhub delivers prepared filings, retrieves requested documents and picks up certified copies across Northumberland, Schuylkill, Columbia, Montour, Luzerne and Dauphin counties.

Filings, retrievals and deliveries

Request physical filings, document retrieval, certified-copy pickup or courtesy-copy delivery. Send the court, office, case number, document list and exact instructions. We confirm the correct destination before the trip; some court functions operate from separate buildings.

Prepare a complete filing package

Include the signed documents, required copies, filing instructions and arrangements for court fees. You or your attorney remains responsible for document content, signatures and any court-specific requirements. A runner trip does not replace required electronic filing.

Scheduling and cost

Scheduled next-day trips start at $65, and same-day runner service starts at $95. Two-hour rush availability is quoted separately. Court fees are separate. Filing acceptance depends on court office hours, deadlines and the completeness of the package.

Combine service and filing

When you also need documents served, ask for Serve + File. The listed fee is the serve fee plus $35 for filing service, with court fees passed through at cost. Share both deadlines so the service attempt and courthouse trip can be coordinated.

Common questions

Do your fees include court charges?

No. Court fees and certified-copy charges are separate from the runner fee. Confirm required fees and payment arrangements when requesting service.

Can you handle an urgent courthouse trip?

Same-day and two-hour rush options may be available. We confirm timing against the destination office's hours and filing cutoff before accepting an urgent request.

Do you prepare court pleadings or give legal advice?

No. Court runner work covers delivery, filing and retrieval according to your instructions. You or your attorney prepares the legal documents and determines filing requirements.
