You or your professional adviser is responsible for selecting the appropriate documents, checking their accuracy and determining the requirements that apply to your situation.
Routine, rush and same-day timeframes describe service options and depend on the assignment, access, recipient availability and third-party office hours. A dispatch or attempt does not guarantee successful service. Court acceptance, state processing and other third-party decisions remain outside Vertexhub's control.
Review the selected service, tier and total before paying. State filing fees, court charges and other pass-through costs may be separate from Vertexhub's service fee, as indicated for the service. Contact our team about changes, cancellations or refund questions for your specific order.
Mail and business address services require the applicable identity verification and USPS Form 1583 authorization before activation. A Pennsylvania registered office appointment requires the appropriate state filing or establishment. A mailing address service alone does not appoint a commercial registered office provider.
