Information you provide
Contact and service forms collect the details you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, service location, assignment instructions and uploaded documents. Customer accounts also contain order information, business details and materials needed to fulfill the services you purchase.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to requests, coordinate assignments, manage customer accounts, deliver documents and reports, process orders and communicate about your services. Please submit only the personal information and documents needed for your request.
Payments and service providers
Card checkout is handled through Stripe. Website hosting, document storage, email delivery and the chat assistant use external service providers. Information needed to process your payment or provide the requested service may be handled by those providers under their own policies. Do not send card details or passwords in contact forms or chat.
Browser storage and chat
The application uses browser storage for sign-in sessions, draft service requests and a chat session identifier. Messages you send to the chat assistant are processed to provide automated responses. Avoid sharing sensitive case documents or identity information in chat; use the service intake process for assignment materials.

Include enough information to identify your account or request, but do not email your password. Some records may need to remain available for ongoing services, transaction records or applicable obligations.
